About our notary services.

Motor Vehicles.

We are your local full online PennDOT Notary! We specialize in title transfers, and can assist you in obtaining a duplicate title. We are an authorized plate dealer and can issue you a trailer, motorcycle, truck, and/or car license plate on the spot! Another service offered is issuing instant registration renewals, and instantly replacing registration cards. We have knowledgeable staff, willing and able to help you navigate PennDOT. Allow us to help you with all your titling and plating needs.

Boats.

We are your local PA Fish & Boat Agent! We can transfer boat titles, trailer titles, and issue temporary registrations. We can also assist you in obtaining launch permits, a lost title, and renewing your registration. We have a current PA Boating Handbook available in our offices!

ATV & Snowmobiles.

We are your local DCNR online agent. We can transfer titles for ATV’s, and snowmobiles. We are able to issue ATV plates, and snowmobile registration stickers all while assisting you in renewing your registration.

General Notary.

We always have a notary in the office. We have knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. We pride ourselves on competitive rates and only charge $8.00 per stamp for a Notary! To have a document notarized you must have a valid driver’s license or other compliant form of ID, and be present at the time of signing.

Mobile Notary.

We offer mobile notary services to those that can’t make it in to the offices, whether this be to a hospital, retirement home, or just to a home. Mobile notaries must be scheduled prior to visit. Call us to discuss the services you require and we will do our best to cater to your needs.

Federal Firearms License.

We have a licensed FFL agent and can handle the transfer of firearms in our Leechburg office. Ordering a new firearm? Please contact our Agent Jamie at (724) 236-0541, and she will give you the details and schedule an appointment for a transfer.

We do not sell firearms.

I9 EMPLOYEE VERIFICATION AND/OR FORM COMPLETION.

Pennsylvania EZ Pass Transponder Merchant.

We are an PA EZ Pass Transponder merchant. Pick up your EZ Pass Transponder today and activate it online for immediate use! Cost is $41 with $35 added to your account, a $3 fee to PennDOT, and a $3 fee for our office.

We offer I9 verification. We can act as an Authorized Representative for you perspective company and fill out your I9 Form with the proper ID supplied by you at the time of form completion. (no copies accepted) We do not Notarize I9 forms.
